I wanted to reach out personally to you as an HR professional, as one of the things I hear most often from HR is: "I want to do the right thing... I'm just not always sure what that looks like."

Many HR professionals, particularly in SMEs, are balancing recruitment, employee relations, performance, wellbeing and workplace adjustments, often as part of a very small team. It can feel like a lot.

Over three interactive sessions, we'll explore practical ways to recruit, support and develop neurodivergent colleagues, navigate workplace adjustments and performance conversations, and build a more neuroinclusive culture. Most importantly, we'll discuss real situations, share ideas and learn from one another.
